Thank you for reserving your spot for The Living Breath — BRC Monthly Breathwork Experience.
We’re so honored you’ll be joining us in this sacred community space.

Please come just as you are.
We provide mats, pillows, and blankets for your comfort, along with water and herbal tea.
All you need to bring is yourself and comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

This experience happens on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, sip some tea, and connect with the community before we begin.
