Keeping Native Families Warm This Winter

As temperatures drop, our efforts to provide food, firewood, and needed supplies to Native families become more crucial than ever. Families on Pine Ridge often report to us that they resort to burning their clothes and shoes when firewood runs out - but you can help prevent that from happening. Our supporters, partner organizations, and Pine Ridge field team help us split and deliver firewood throughout the year to families across the reservation. Our efforts to bring provisions of warmth to families are increasing as cold weather approaches, with plans to bring more firewood, blankets, and heaters to Native families- but we need your help to keep these efforts going!
