Fire Truck or Treat Sponsorship

The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department is excited to announce our upcoming Fire-Truck-or-Treat community event this October 31st in the AMC Theatre parking lot on Pearl Drive. Last year was our very first attempt at hosting the event. We expected 100–300 people to attend, but to our surprise and delight, an estimated 3,000 people joined us for a fun and safe evening with their families.

With such overwhelming community support, we are expanding the event this year to make it even better with more first responder agencies attending. We are reaching out to local businesses like yours to help make that possible. Your sponsorship will go directly toward offsetting costs for candy and activities, ensuring every child leaves with a smile.

Sponsorship Opportunities

• $250 Sponsor – Recognition on event signage at the entrance and our department’s social media pages.
• $500 Sponsor – All of the above, plus your business name on event flyers and announcements, along with sponsorship branded on a truck.
• $1,000 Sponsor – All of the above, plus your business logo on all social media graphics and print flyers. Also, a full logo is displayed on the entrance banner and will be included in our newsletter that is mailed out to residents of Perry & Union Township in early October.
• Donations towards the event are also accepted for lower amounts, but won't be displayed on official branding... But greatly appreciated.

Sponsors may also provide a coupon that will be handed out. As we will be bringing a large amount of family traffic to the area, we would love to help make this a positive for the community.
