Give 5, Feed Gaza

This Ramadan, join us in a mission of compassion and solidarity through the "Give 5, Feed Gaza" campaign. By contributing just $5 a day, you can provide a hot, nourishing meal to a family in Gaza, ensuring they have the sustenance needed to observe Ramadan with dignity.

In early 2024, brothers Hani and Mahmoud Almadhoun established the Gaza Soup Kitchen in Beit Lahia to combat hunger amidst escalating challenges. Starting by feeding 150 families daily, their efforts expanded to serve up to 3,000 people a day by April 2024. Tragically, in November 2024, Mahmoud was killed in an Israeli drone strike while delivering aid to Kamal Adwan Hospital. Despite this loss, the Gaza Soup Kitchen continues its vital work, now operating multiple locations with about 45 staff members, striving to ensure no one in the Gaza community goes to bed hungry.

Each $5 donation directly supports the Gaza Soup Kitchen's mission, covering the cost of a hot meal for a family in need. These meals are more than just food; they are a source of hope and resilience, providing comfort during the holy month of Ramadan.

How You Can Help:

  • Donate: Contribute $5 daily, or any amount you can, to provide meals for families in Gaza.
  • Share: Spread the word about the "Give 5, Feed Gaza" campaign on social media and within your community to amplify our impact.
  • Engage: Learn more about the Gaza Soup Kitchen's ongoing efforts and find additional ways to support their mission.

Your generosity can make a significant difference, turning a small daily contribution into a powerful act of kindness that nourishes both body and spirit. Together, we can uphold the true essence of Ramadan by supporting those in need and fostering a sense of global community.

Let's come together this Ramadan to "Give 5, Feed Gaza," and make a meaningful impact on the lives of families facing hardship.
