Fall 2024 Cohort Retreat:

Proposed Topic: Meditation Retreat exploring Heart-Centered Meditation (Lojong, Tonglen, and Metta) in the context of being with the heart space, compassion, support, holding, and working with clients and ourselves through meditative practice.

Cost: Suggested donation of $500-$750 per person
