Build Open Table Philly: A Student-Led Hospitality Training Lab

Open Table Philly is a student-led hospitality training lab providing Philadelphia high school students with paid, hands-on experience in culinary and hospitality operations.

Through our donation-based restaurant model, students learn real-world skills like cooking, serving, customer service, and teamwork while earning stipends and building confidence.

Funds raised in this campaign will help us secure a physical space in Philadelphia and cover everything needed to launch: kitchen equipment, uniforms, food and supplies, plates and utensils, POS systems, marketing, and student stipends.
