We invite you to enjoy the subtle beauty of a Garden Gala at the 2024 Brazos Valley Homeschool Prom. You'll be transported through lush greenery and delicate floral bouquets as you make treasured memories of dancing the night away under the twinkling lights of the Garden. Light refreshments will be provided and an opportunity to capture your memories will be available at our photo booth in between dancing to the music of our DJ vibe spinning through the night. You will also have an opportunity to vote on your Royal Court and take part in the crowning of the 2024 Brazos Valley Homeschool Prom King, Queen, Prince, and Princess. This event is for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY! Must be 9th-12th grade and 14 years old by Sept. 1, 2023. No exceptions. Due to the overwhelming response of our Brazos Valley Homeschoolers and their love of all things social, our attendance is growing! As such, there will be a cap to how many tickets will be sold. All Ticket Purchasers must be HOMESCHOOLED STUDENTS ONLY. All homeschooled students who purchase a ticket may also purchase a "plus one" ticket for a friend who may or may not be homeschooled, but ALL attendees must adhere to our dress code and behavior policies. Please limit all ticket purchases to two per homeschooler- their own and a plus one. DRESS CODE: This event requires FORMAL ATTIRE. *Gentlemen are expected to wear dark, pressed slacks or dark, pressed jeans (no holes), a collared, long-sleeved shirt with either or both: tie, jacket, and/or vest. *Ladies are expected to wear a modest dress/gown or pantsuit with at least one strap, no plunging necklines, and no bare midriffs. *Attendees are expected to adhere to the formal nature and attire of the event for the duration of the evening. (Gentlemen can remove jackets as needed for comfort.) *Attendees will not be admitted until the dress code requirements are met. BEHAVIOR: Behavior should be that of ladies and gentlemen. Rude, vulgar, aggressive behavior, overt public displays of affection, horseplay (including throwing things and body surfing), or any behavior deemed inappropriate by chaperones will be grounds for an escort out of the event. ENTRY/EXIT: Every Prom Attendee must have a ticket purchased through GiveButter to gain entry to the event. A QR code will be sent to the email provided at purchase. Please note that once the ticket is scanned, Prom Attendees must remain onsite at the venue and in designated areas only. Attendees will not be allowed re-entry once they exit the venue.
