Imagine this: after years of blood, sweat, trust, tears, and waiting, you’re finally on the other side of one of the biggest and most challenging milestones of your life. With scars and tender hopes, you set back off into the world carrying the weight of an experience so few people around you truly understand. You’ve actually never even met anybody else who’s walked this path.

Now, imagine walking into a retreat just for folks like you; a spa sanctuary where you’re not medicalized, you’re not an educator, and you’re not a spectacle – you’re a whole person, safe to fully be yourself and unwind without fear of judgment. You’ve found community and peace.

That’s Quest Camp: the only retreat in the world created by and for post- lower surgery transmasculine people. We had our first camp in 2024, and in January 2026, we’re gathering again for a bigger and better retreat – with your help.

Why Quest Camp Matters

Post-op transmasculine people are largely overlooked when it comes to resources and spaces to connect and share our experiences. According to the 2022 U.S. Trans Survey, only 2% of the transmasculine population has had bottom surgery. Even in trans spaces, our experiences can feel invisible. While loved ones may support us, if we’re fortunate enough, it’s not the same as connecting with people who personally understand what you’ve been through. We are only a tiny fraction of the population, but we are here – and we deserve opportunities to come together and celebrate our resilience.
