SASHA Farm is a place where animals rescued from neglect, abuse, and exploitation can live out their lives in peace. As a farm animal sanctuary, we provide lifelong care, safety, and dignity to over 150 animals—including cows, pigs, goats, chickens, turkeys, and more—who now call this land their home.

But SASHA is more than just a refuge for animals. It’s also a safe haven for people—a place where visitors can reconnect with nature, witness the healing power of compassion, and rediscover their deep, innate bond with animals. Over the years, the sanctuary has become a community hub for those seeking peace, purpose, and a more compassionate way of living.

Our mission began over 30 years ago with the rescue of a nine-month-old Border Collie/Spaniel mix from a pet shop. After being surrendered by her adoptive family, she found her forever home here on the farm. With her white-tipped tail and loyal heart, Sasha quickly became the sanctuary’s gentle guardian, watching over each new arrival.

She remained our faithful companion for 17 years. In her honor, we became SASHA Farm—Sanctuary And Safe Haven for Animals—a name that reflects our promise: here, every animal—and every person who cares for them—is safe, valued, and home.
