The Eagle U Story: Giving Students a 7-Year Head Start on Life

This year, our goal is to fund the tuition of FOUR students for Eagle U 2026. When you give to Eagle U, you'll be providing a life-changing experience for a teenager or young adult.

Imagine a place where students aged 15 to 25 can gain a seven-year head start on their career and life—a place where the lessons of today’s most successful leaders are condensed into a transformational, five-day experience. That’s what happens at Eagle U.

In the early 1990s, entrepreneur and mentor Steve Anderson co-founded Eagle U with a bold vision: to equip young people with systems and strategies that deliver predictable success, both in business and life. Drawing on “natural laws” of human behavior, Steve developed a program to help students fast-track through the trial-and-error phase most people spend years figuring out.

For five days, Eagle U immerses students in a fun, high-energy environment designed to change the course of their future. Through workshops, seminars, and hands-on activities, students explore who they are, define their goals, and create a personal roadmap to achieve their dreams. From core values and goal-setting to networking, interviewing, and mastering communication skills, Eagle U offers students the tools to thrive in every area of their lives.

One of the most powerful parts of the week happens during the Mentor Roundtable, where students meet face-to-face with business leaders and role models from various industries. Here, students experience the wisdom of Eagle U’s mantra:
“It takes a lifetime to learn from your own experiences, but only a conversation to learn from someone else’s. Why create mediocrity when you can copy genius?”

The Roundtable not only provides insights from accomplished professionals but also gives students the chance to sharpen their interview skills and expand their networks. For some students, the Roundtable has led to life-changing opportunities—securing internships, mentorships, and even job offers on the spot.

By the end of the week, every student leaves with clarity, confidence, and a personalized action plan to guide them toward the life and career they desire. Eagle U is not just a leadership program—it’s a launchpad for lifelong success.
