The Office Institutional Advancement at Fletcher Technical Community College supports and furthers the education and advancement of current, future, and former Fletcher Technical Community College students through strengthening its alumni, fundraising, and development.

This one-day symposium is designed for engineers, attorneys, and professionals working in or around Louisiana’s coastal regions. The event will cover critical topics such as the challenges of insurance, climate change, and legislative impacts in the region, offering insights on how to navigate the evolving landscape of coastal engineering and construction. Attendees will gain practical knowledge on mitigating risks, complying with state and federal regulations, and understanding the ethical considerations involved in their work. The symposium will also include a one-hour Ethics workshop to ensure participants stay up to date on professional standards and responsibilities.
