Mary Elizabeth Inn is a Non-profit organization that has more than 115 years of experience providing low-income housing and supportive services to formerly homeless unaccompanied women in San Francisco. Some are survivors of domestic violence, many have physical and/or mental disabilities, battling addiction or need safe housing. MEI provides, safe and affordable housing, a fully furnished unit, toiletries, cleaning supplies, on-site support services, free breakfast, Ask the Nurse Program, and resources through on-site case management. MEI relies on donations to help keep in-house programs operating. We will continue our mission to end the cycle of homelessness and empower women across all stages of life to promote self- sufficiency, independence, and security.
