SisTers PGH Rent & Utility Support Fund

SisTers PGH has historically provided rent & Utility Support for our transgender communities of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Our current rent support funds have depleted over the summer, and we are working hard to replenish this pool of funds to continue supporting our trans siblings from facing evictions or utility shut-offs, especially during these winter months. This fund is created specifically to continue providing this vital resource as our community continues to experience discrimination and marginalization at a higher rate. #GivingTuesday

SisTers PGH is a BLACK and TRANS-led non-profit organization which serves POC, trans, and nonbinary people within Southwestern PA.

SisTers PGH provides opportunities for our trans communities of Pittsburgh/Allegheny County to thrive through our affirming programming that includes transitional housing, leadership roles, and initiatives that are created by trans people for trans people. SisTers PGH is led by Founder/Director Ciora Thomas and directed by a Leadership Team of black, brown, Transgender, and nonbinary people geared to servicing and centering our QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People Of Color.
