For over a decade, our father, Rabbi Hecht, has been living with Parkinson’s. Through it all, he has remained a pillar of strength — not only for our family, but for the countless individuals and families he has guided, taught, and comforted throughout his life.

Now, he needs our support.

As his Parkinson’s has progressed, Rabbi Hecht’s daily needs have grown. He currently requires consistent caregiving support to maintain his quality of life, safety, and dignity. These caregiving services cost approximately $500 per week—a cost that is not covered by insurance and places a significant financial burden on our family.

This campaign is an opportunity for all of us to give back to a man who has devoted his life to others. Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward covering his caregiving expenses and will be paid out directly to the caregiver.
