The mission of RBCC is to enrich the lives of the student athletes of Radnor High School through their participation in the sport of rowing. RBCC’s vision is to achieve a top-tier high-school boys crew program by instilling in its rowers the values of physical and mental fitness, teamwork, resilience, strong academics, and good character.
