A free, nonpartisan rooftop event where Denver's EDM community gets vote-ready.
Help us cover the $950 it takes to make it happen.

What if civic engagement felt like this?

Sunshine on a rooftop. A DJ playing. Friends, old and new, dancing together. And, somewhere in the middle of it, a table where you can register to vote, check your registration, and learn what's on your ballot, with no pressure and no judgment.

That's Rave 2 The Polls, happening Sunday, October 25, 1–5PM on the Club Vinyl rooftop. It's free, nonpartisan, and open to everyone.

Who we are: We're Stephanie and Tara, two people who've spent years building community in Denver's music scene.

Stephanie Whitehouse founded Feral Creatives Kollektiv Society (FCKS), a Denver DJ and arts collective that produces immersive raves. Through her design studio, SPW Design Media, she works with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, guided by one belief: design for belonging.

Tara Booze founded State of Flow Yoga & Wellness, a Denver movement community inspired by EDM. State of Flow brings together music, movement, and mindfulness. Its message: Live well. Rave well.

We've both watched the dance floor do something powerful. It brings together people who might never meet otherwise and helps them feel like they belong. We started asking: what if we brought that same energy to civic life?

Why this matters now:
Politics can feel like a lot right now. For many people, getting informed and voting feels overwhelming, isolating, or easy to put off. We want to change that by meeting people where they are, in a community they already love.

Timing matters too. October 26 is the last day to register in Colorado and still get your ballot by mail. Rave 2 The Polls is the day before. With HeadCount on site, anyone who comes can register or check their status before that deadline.

What your donation covers:
The event is free for everyone who attends. To keep it that way, we need $950 to cover venue staffing:

$400: two security/EMT staff to keep everyone safe
$250: an AV tech for sound and lighting
$200: a venue coordinator
$100: a roaming usher/busser

Every dollar goes directly to making the day possible!!

What the day looks like

DJs and music
Voter registration and registration checks with HeadCount
Ballot education and voter resources
Movement experiences with State of Flow
Local artists, creatives, and community organizations
Networking across Denver's EDM community
