Every day, young adults in our region face mental health challenges that are overwhelming, isolating, and too often invisible.

At Lost&Found, we believe in building a world where every young person feels connected, supported, and empowered to thrive — no matter what challenges they face.

Through resilience education, peer mentorship, and suicide prevention programming, we help students and communities build the skills and systems that protect mental health for the long haul.

This year, the Resilience Champions campaign brings together advocates, students, and supporters who are passionate about making a difference. From November 17 to December 19, 2025, they’ll be raising awareness and funds to support Lost&Found’s mission to end suicide among young adults.

Suicide was the second leading cause of death for individuals aged 10-34 in the United States in 2023.
Many young people face these challenges alone, unaware of the resources or support that is available.
Lost&Found programs build protective factors, create spaces of belonging, and give students the tools to thrive.
