Girls, Ready to Lead

Girls, Ready to Lead is a leadership and mentorship program by Women Leading Baltimore that empowers girls in 8th and 9th grade to lead the world beyond where they live and go to school. Through weekly sessions, hands-on experiences, and career exposure, we help girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, and dream bigger. Your support helps us provide dynamic programming, college and career exploration, and a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime.
