Story
Come out and get vaccinated to help stop the spread of COVID-19! UNC Health is offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, as well as Flu vaccines to those 5 years old and up. We will be at ReCity Network in Durham on Saturday, December 18th from 10 AM to 3 PM. There will be snacks and drinks provided, as well as adorable stuffed animals for all children getting vaccinated. Let’s keep our community safe!
Which vaccines is UNC Health offering?
They will be providing Pfizer/Moderna first and second doses, boosters, and flu vaccines. COVID-19/Flu vaccines will be available for people ages 5 and up. The Pfizer/Moderna vaccines have two doses, so UNC Health will schedule your second dose three weeks after your first dose at the event.
Do I need to reserve a vaccine?
While making an appointment is not required to get a shot, we recommend that you do make one so we can reserve a vaccine for you.
If you would like to make a vaccination appointment for the event, follow these steps:
Do I need to bring anything to get vaccinated?
There is no charge for the COVID-19 vaccine/Flu shot. You do not need health insurance or a Photo ID to get a shot.
