Catalyst Youth Network exists to inspire hope, cultivate belonging, and build confidence while expanding pathways for Oakland teens who are too often denied opportunity. Founded in 2020, Catalyst was created to close the gap in resources and provide the steady support young people need to flourish.

Every donation fuels programs that turn potential into possibility. Through Career Bridge paid internships, the Leadership Academy fellowship, and our Oakland Youth Center, students gain real-world experience, leadership skills, and a safe community where they belong. Mentors walk alongside youth as they navigate high school, build confidence, and prepare for their future.
