STEP 1: Choose a donation amount, select "Continue" to fill out the Vendor Market info/registration form, and submit.
(๐ณย Tip: Zelle, CashApp, and other donation options are available by selecting the CHECK payment option.)
STEP 2:ย ๐ธ We want to showcase you! After registering, please use the link in your confirmation email to upload one or more images that we can share online to promote your business/group as a participant in the Vendor Market. (Examples: logos, photos of your product or service, etc.)
๐ Vendors must provide their own table and chairs. If you need electricity, you must provide your own power supply, extension cords, and surge protectors, as outlet proximity cannot be guaranteed.
โ ๏ธ Waiver/Agreement: By completing this form, I acknowledge that in consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Rhondolyn Evett Dearbonne-Morris IBC Research & Scholarship Foundation (REDM Foundation), the City of Dayton, and all sponsors and assisting agencies/persons from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from participation in this event. I also grant permission to be photographed and/or videotaped for media usage.
