Pastor Scholarships help make Refuge experiences accessible for pastors and ministry leaders who are carrying significant responsibility, pressure, and isolation. Through intentional time away in Montana and Wyoming, leaders are given space to rest, reconnect, and return home healthier and better equipped to continue serving their communities.

Refuge exists to keep world changers in the game for the whole game. Many pastors today are discouraged, overwhelmed, and considering stepping away from ministry entirely. Refuge creates meaningful opportunities for renewal through outdoor experiences, honest conversation, friendship, and community.

Research collected through Refuge found that 1 in 5 pastors who attended Refuge would have quit ministry if not for the experience. Additionally, 4 out of 5 repeat participants reported healthier personal lives and organizations because of the clarity, connection, and courage they gained during their time at Refuge.

Scholarships directly support pastors who may not otherwise have the financial ability to attend. Each scholarship helps provide a 4–5 day experience focused on restoration, healing, and lasting relationships that continue well beyond the trip itself.
