Across our community, many children, caregivers, and families are carrying the invisible weight of trauma, stress, and disconnection. Traditional spaces do not always provide the environment people need to truly slow down, reconnect, and heal.

Rein & Restore Foundation was created to change that.

Located in the Greater Austin area, Rein & Restore is building a healing ranch and outdoor wellness space where youth, parents, and families can experience growth through nature, mentorship, and hands-on learning.

Our programs blend nature-based experiences with life skills and emotional development, creating a powerful environment where healing happens naturally.

At Rein & Restore, participants will experience:

• Healing With Horses – Youth and families learn responsibility, patience, emotional regulation, and trust through caring for horses and engaging in guided activities around them.

• Animal Care & Life Skills – Participants help care for animals such as horses, goats, and chickens, learning empathy, responsibility, and leadership through real-life experiences.

• Outdoor Wellness & Recreation – Activities like gardening, fishing, nature walks, and outdoor challenges help regulate the nervous system and reconnect people to the natural world.

• Family Connection – Our model is designed to support both youth and caregivers, strengthening family relationships and building healthier communities.

Unlike traditional programs, Rein & Restore is built around the belief that healing does not only happen in a room — it happens in environments that allow people to breathe, move, connect, and grow.
