TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Remedy Way Bill Pay Relief Membership. This document outlines the terms and conditions
governing your use of our bill pay relief services. By using our program, you agree to comply with these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Remedy Way Bill Pay Relief Membership program, you acknowledge and agree to
be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Description of Services

Remedy Way Bill Pay Relief Membership provides assistance with bill payments for individuals facing financial
hardships. Our services include Relief Bill Payments for up to three bills annually, covering either full or partial
amounts within a 30-day billing cycle period.

User Accounts

Users are required to create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the
security of your account and ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.

No Additional Fees or Credit Checks

  • There are no hidden fees or credit checks associated with our membership plans. Receiving bill pay
assistance is not a loan, and funds received do not need to be repaid to Remedy Way.

Relief Bill Payments

  • Relief Bill Payments are designed to cover bills fully or partially for a 30-day billing cycle period, not to pay
off total debts owed. Members on Monthly Plans receive up to 3 Relief Bill Payments per year, auto-
    renewed every month.

Membership Eligibility and Services

  • Membership eligibility, fees, benefits, and services are subject to change without notice. Individuals are
permitted only one membership in their name, and Relief Payments are per-household basis. Exceptions
are made for personal bills, such as phone bills and car-related expenses.

Bill Payment Requests

  • All bill payment requests and funding distributions are subject to availability and approval by Remedy Way.

Qualifications for Membership

  • To apply for membership, individuals must be legal residents over 18 years old, have a bill to be paid, and
have not used their Relief payment within the last three months. The member signing up for the Bill Pay
Membership must be the name on the bill.

Membership Reactivation

  • When a member reactivates their membership, the 12-month period will reconvene to reflect in proportion
to the timing of the member's cancellation period. Additionally, any remaining relief payments for the year
will be reinstated to the member's account, allowing them to continue utilizing this support from where they
    previously left off.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time by signing into their account and selecting "Cancel
Subscription" under the My Subscription tab. Account information is stored for 6 months unless deleted by
selecting "Discard to Delete your Account" under My Account. Auto-pay remains active for 90 days after
using Relief Bill Payment, regardless of account cancellation.

Active Status Requirement

  • Members must maintain an active status for at least 90 days before using the allotted bill payment support.
The active status period ensures equitable allocations of funding and fosters a sense of community
    support.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Remedy Way is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Users use our
services at their own risk.

Account Termination

Remedy Way reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access to services at any time, for any reason,
without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be
resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

Remedy Way may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified of any
changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
