Do you remember the feeling of your first live music experience after the COVID shutdowns of 2020? I recently spoke with an audience member who described the experience as, 

"A chorus of ringing voices, filling a void deep within me... much lonelier than I had realized." 

As concerts came to a screeching halt in March 2020, the benefits of live events and interactions became starkly apparent. Live music is, by nature, a connected experience - one that fills a human need for belonging.

Thanks to you, in 2022 we were able to perform for over 1,000 audience members in concerts and collaborations throughout New England, and record our newest album, RenMentality. 

We simply could not do this work without your support. These last few days of the year are a critical time for nonprofits to raise funds, and I’m writing to ask a favor:

Can you chip in a few dollars to our end-of-year campaign? 

Our goal is to raise $10,000 before the end of the year. With your
help, we will use these funds to produce Folktales, Fables, and Feasts with KAIROS Dance Theatre, present a public workshop with composer Sydney Guillaume, and develop and perform our newest program, RenMen, a concert featuring music of composers of the Haitian diaspora. Your gift will keep our programs growing strong in 2023 and many years to come.
