We have 48 hours to keep our office & our vital New Jersey partnerships, alive.

For the past year, HS&H Outreach Services has been nearly self-sufficient, funded through earned contracts and our work in the NJ Medicaid Housing Support program.

We're proud of that.

But this fall, our contract payments are arriving slower than expected, and our building owner needs rent in hand by the morning of October 1st. We're raising $4,700 to cover our rent through the end of 2026, plus platform fees.

Why this office matters

This office is more than a workspace. Without this address, we can no longer be partners in the vital work to end homelessness across New Jersey. A physical address is what allows us to work alongside Social Security, NJ211, the Board of Social Services, and Passaic, Bergen, and Essex Counties. It's also home base for our Reentry Program and our NJ Medicaid Housing Support services.

What this office has made possible since July

200+ people facing street homelessness, supported toward stable housing through the Passaic County Partner Program
$100,000+ in Social Security back pay won for our clients
20+ individuals guided through the new federal work requirements to keep access to benefits and housing
Assisting 5+ New Jersey Re-entry Program candidates become stably housed
