About RepresentEd
Founded in 2017 at Stiles Hall, UC Berkeley, to connect non-traditional professionals with career opportunities. In 2021, we expanded our network to develop programs that connect students and corporations. And in 2022, we expanded our reach to Oakland to enhance community impact.
Our goal is to bridge the gap for non-traditional students to incredible careers and organizations, by providing essential skills, mentorship, and access to networks for long-term economic mobility.
Our programming offers leadership training, industry-specific skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. By partnering strategically with employers, we foster financial empowerment and career readiness in communities where systemic barriers limit opportunities.
