RespectTeam began in 2015 with 12 schools in Allen County and have since grown their organization to serve over 40 schools across 6 counties in Northeast Indiana. RespectTeam consists of extremely passionate and well-involved organization speakers who facilitate curriculum approved by the Indiana Department of Education. They speak in the classrooms of middle schools and high schools, and through storytelling and facilitation, they allow students to participate in enriching dialogue about self-respect and respect of others.
