Thanks to your incredible support, we’re now in year three of vital trail restoration work with our dedicated crew of volunteers. In 2023 and 2024, we successfully tackled several overgrown sections of the loop, but after 30 years of student exploration, this trail still needs our help. The Sonoran Desert is steadily reclaiming the path, and without ongoing care, we risk losing this extraordinary piece of our planet.

In February, FSCO and Senior Field Studies, in partnership with Tonto National Forest, will continue this crucial work to restore the Sheep Bridge Loop!
