Restoring Hope in NWA

Domestic violence shelters nationwide are facing drastic federal funding cuts from the Victims of Crime Act in 2025. At NWAWS, we refuse to cut vital services for our neighbors. Join us in Restoring Hope - your support ensures survivors continue to find safety, healing, and a path forward.

The Restoring Hope in NWA campaign will raise $540,000 to go toward three main goals:

Provide Safe Shelter: Provide nights of safe shelter for individuals & families experiencing domestic violence, sexual abuse, or sex trafficking in our community.

Education & Prevention: Engage & educate the NWA community through initiatives to spread awareness about domestic violence, NWAWS, and the services we offer. 

Rehousing Program: Secure safe & affordable housing for survivors leaving the shelter through our Rehousing Program - proven to help clients gain their independence and remain free of their abuser.
