THE REST Framework

The R.E.S.T. framework—Renew, Elevate, Sustain, and Transform—is designed to empower leaders to reflect, connect, and take meaningful steps toward personal and organizational growth, while aligning with the mission of Pass by Ira to eradicate homelessness through education, advocacy, and outreach.

Renew: Defined as “to restore energy or vitality.” This retreat provides a much-needed opportunity for leaders to step away from their daily routines, reflect on their leadership journey, and recharge. Through intentional rest and reflection, leaders will return to their work renewed and ready to take on the challenges facing their organizations and the community.
Elevate: To “raise to a higher position.” Elevating your leadership is a central purpose of this retreat. By learning from peers and experts, sharing best practices, and networking, attendees will gain new insights to elevate not only their own leadership but also their organization's impact on the community.
Sustain: To “maintain or support over time.” Leadership requires long-term resilience.
