Light Up Rocky Ford - Holiday Lights Fundraiser

Join the Rocky Ford City Council in reinvigorating the holiday spirit in our community.

What: Rocky Ford has held a long tradition of adorning Main Street, Elm Avenue, and Swink Avenue with holiday lights, transforming our neighborhood into a winter wonderland for residents, visitors, and travelers to enjoy. Our existing lights have reached the end of their useful life -the bulbs use more electricity and are harder to replace. Last year, members of our Public Works team did what they could to refurbish about 40 of our 90 lights, and now it's time to replace the lights to ensure a bright holiday in the future!

How: To make this vision a reality, we need your support by the 10/24/2023 deadline! Your contributions will be used to purchase these 5 ft - 8 ft pole-mounted LED lights at an average cost of $500 each (this includes shipping) from an American-made holiday lights manufacturing company out of Indiana. The more we raise, the more cheer we can bring to Rocky Ford.

- Good: 20 new pole-mounted LED lighted decorations = $10,000

- Better: 35 new pole-mounted LED lighted decorations = $17,500

- Best: 50 new pole-mounted LED lighted decorations = $25,000
