We Need Your Support!

The First Annual La Canada High School Spartan Football Lift A Thon will take place on Saturday, August 13th in the La Canada High School weight room. Our goal is to raise $45,000 or more in donations! Donations are tax deductible and go directly to the LCHS Spartan Football Foundation. Your donations make it possible to provide the program with neccessities such as medical supplies, team transportation to and from games, uniforms, field equipment, and coaching! This is a BIG day for our program and any support you can give helps! Please choose to sponsor an Individual Player and Help us reach our Goal!!!

What is a Lift A Thon and How Can I Sponsor a Player

Our Football Team has been working hard all summer to increase their power, strength, and speed. During the Lift A Thon all athletes will max out in dead lifts, squats, and bench press to check their progress and see if they met their summer goals.

Each Player has their own profile created so please select the Player you plan to sponsor. You can sponsor a Player by donating at a specific Donation Level or on a Per Pound Level.

Sponsoring Levels:

Cardinal $25 donation

Bronze $50 donation

Silver $100 donation

Gold $250 donation

Platinum $500 donation

Sponsoring Per Pound:

Sponsoring a Player Per Pound means that your donation is based on the total maximum weight the Player lifts across 3 of our core lifts (bench press, squat & deadlift). The maximum weight of each lift will be recorded for each Player and added together to equal the "total weight lifted". Players will get donations based on the Per Pound total weight lifted.
For example, if a Player lifts 1,000 Pounds and you sponsored the Player for $.10 a Pound, you would owe $100. An average Player will lift 500 Pounds during our Lift A Thon. The Player you sponsored will follow up with you after the Lift A Thon to let you know how they did and how much to donate!
