At the Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation, we believe every child deserves the chance to succeed. That's why we've partnered with RFISD to create the Four Points Program, a comprehensive initiative that supports students, families, and strengthens the bond between schools and the community.

Our Mission: To ensure every child in Rockport-Fulton ISD reaches their full potential, both academically and personally, while fostering a deep bond between families, schools, and the community.

The Four Points Program: More than just a series of initiatives, this program represents hope and opportunity. It addresses critical educational challenges and builds a strong foundation for student success through these four essential pillars:

Tutoring Support - We believe no child should fall behind. That is why we offer one-on-one, personalized tutoring to help every student meet grade-level expectations in math and literacy. With your help, we can ensure students get the support they need to confidently face their academic challenges, whether preparing for standardized tests or mastering key skills for life after high school.
Pirate University - Behind every successful student is an engaged and empowered parent. Pirate University equips parents and families with the tools to support their children’s education, especially in reading and math. Through hands-on workshops, families learn strategies to actively participate in their children’s learning, becoming partners in their child’s success story.
Pirates in Action - The best lessons go beyond the classroom. Pirates in Action teaches our students the value of giving back, by involving them in service projects that strengthen our Rockport-Fulton community. Whether it’s working on a community garden or volunteering in after-school clubs, these projects inspire students to take pride in their community, knowing they can make a difference.
Principals in the Park - Schools are at their best when families feel connected. Principals in the Park brings school leaders, parents, and the community together for open conversations in a casual, welcoming environment. These events build trust, break down barriers, and remind us all that we are in this together, working toward a common goal: The success of our students.
