Who Are We?

Marcia Riley and her team have been saving dogs for over 10 years in Brevard County, FL.

Riley's Rescue of Brevard became a registered 501(c)3 in 2018 and have nearly doubled their amount of animals saved each year since.

At Riley's Rescue of Brevard, every animal is loved unconditionally and no animal goes without. We work with a few different veterinary offices in Brevard County to ensure that each of our animals receive the proper care, food, and medicine. Our goal is to set each of our sweet animals up for success in their new home!

Where Will Funds Raised Go?

The majority of funds raised every year go to vet bills. We strive to provide the care that is recommended by our team of veterinarians. Our animals do not go without. Many of our dogs have food allergies and sensitivities and we provide the food needed for them to thrive.

We currently have a dog “Sparkles” in the rescue. A week ago, Sparkles was living his life in our local shelter. Sparkles is a senior dog, and was showing signs up shutting down. He had stopped eating and wasn’t super excited about much. We knew we had to get him out of there. He is now in a comfortable home and we will be bringing him to our vet for a full work up and a senior blood panel. His golden years will be spent in a wonderful home! We will make sure of it!

Another dog we currently have in our rescue is “Casper”. Casper was found to be wandering in an area in the middle of state. It was clear that he was dumped by someone that didn’t want him. We had a previous adopter reach out to us stating that they had been driving over an hour each way to feed him, but had been unable to catch him due to him running away. He was scared. She was finally able to catch him and he is now in our care. He is in pretty bad shape- 20-30 pounds underweight, lots of ticks all over him, and parasites. He is now in home where he is getting what he needs and is well on his way to being a healthy pup!
