This August, By Any Dreams Necessary LLC and the CITIED Foundation are joining forces to launch something extraordinary: the inaugural RISE Teen Summit – “Breaking Barriers, Building Futures.” More than just a summit, RISE is a bold, immersive experience designed to uplift middle and high school students (grades 6–12), and their families mind, heart, and soul.

Over two dynamic half-days August 8–9, 2025 we are curating a space where dreams take shape and futures are forged. From culturally rooted workshops and mental health labs to hands-on college and career planning and vibrant arts activations, RISE empowers young people and their families to step into what’s possible.

This is more than preparation it’s transformation. We’re weaving together academic readiness, emotional wellness, and creative expression into a powerful journey that meets our Rockford youth where they are and equips them to build what comes next.

Admission: Free (for participants); $25/day for vendor tables
