Rocky Mountain Sustainability and Science Network (RMSSN) inspires college level students to become leaders in addressing global issues of sustainability, biodiversity, and social equity.
RMSSN is forward-thinking, interdisciplinary, and immersive two-week science based experience that educates tomorrow's sustainability leaders to safeguard the natural and cultural treasures found within US public lands. By partnering with a network of academic institutions, corporate representatives, nonprofits and professionals, this transformative program empowers students with multidisciplinary skills, scientific literacy, and the key principles of sustainability. Philanthropic donations, grant funding, and faculty volunteering their time make this program possible. RMSSN supports all aspects of student travel, accommodations, and programming to ensure financial barriers do not preclude participation. With your philanthropic support, students will develop professional networks in science, sustainability, and natural and cultural resource management for many years to come.
RMSSN’s commitment to providing future environmental leaders experiential, science and field-based training to diverse and underserved populations sets the program apart.
