Ronaldo's Run for a Reason: Boston Bound
I’m "running" the 2026 Boston Marathon as an AWD athlete, and my service dog Ronaldo (yes, named after the soccer legend… and yes, he knows it, but doesn't have his income or we wouldn't have to do this) has decided it’s time to raise some money for Canine Companions and Walk With Austin.
So naturally, we’re launching…a few options for you to choose from:
🎉 FINISH‑TIME SQUARES! 🎉
Because if Ronaldo can predict goals, he can definitely predict my finish time. Probably.
Here’s how it works:
🟦 I made a giant grid of possible finish times
💸 You “buy” a square with a donation (you can get more than one square and this work especially well if your employer matches your donation)
🏁 When I cross the finish line, the square that matches my official time WINS
🎁 Winner gets: [working on finalizing this]
🐶 All donations support service dogs + will allow kids with disabilities to compete in their very own sporting event
Ronaldo has already “claimed” a few squares by booping them with his nose, so choose yours before he decides to dribble the whole board.
📲 Want a square? Comment or DM me and I’ll mark your spot!
Let’s fill this board faster than Ronaldo sprints for a tennis ball.
🐶⛰️ Ronaldo Makes Me Suffer on Hills ⛰️🐶
Yes. That hill. The one in my neighborhood that feels like it was engineered by someone who wanted to watch humanity struggle. The Costco Hill.
And of course, my service dog Ronaldo (named after the soccer legend and equally dramatic, but not as rich) will be trotting beside me like it’s a light jog before practice.
Here’s how this works:
💸 You donate to support my Boston 2026 AWD fundraising for Canine Companions and Walk With Austin
⛰️ I "run" the hill
🐶 Ronaldo judges me
📸 I post proof of my suffering
😅 Everyone wins… except my upper body and pride
Want to make me do it again?
Donate again.
Want to see me question my life choices in HD?
Donate more. Want to see me beg for mercy, suggest a bigger hill and donate even more.
📲 Comment or DM to send me up the hill!
Let’s raise money for two incredible organizations — one painful climb at a time.
Ronaldo says thank you.
My body says please reconsider.
🐾🍀 The Ugly Gear Dare 🍀🐾
Hello humans,
It’s me — Ronaldo, the superior athlete in this partnership.
My human is running the 2026 Boston Marathon as an AWD athlete, raising money for Canine Companions and Walk With Austin. Very noble. Very inspiring. Very… slow compared to me, but we don’t judge. Much.
Anyway, I’ve decided it’s time for a challenge.
If we hit $2,500 by March 13, I am forcing my human and myself into the ugliest, most chaotic, most fashion‑offensive running gear for Shamrock’n Weekend.
I’m talking neon. Clashing patterns. Outfits so bad even squirrels will stare.
I will look fabulous, obviously.
My human… less so.
Here’s how you can help unleash this fashion disaster:
💸 Donate to our Boston 2026 fundraising
🐶 Support service dogs and accessibility
🍀 Watch us show up to Shamrock’n looking like we lost a bet with a leprechaun
📲 Donate and push us to $2,500 so I can embarrass my human in public.
I promise to pose for photos. He promises to pretend he’s okay with it.
Love,
Ronaldo
Professional good boy. Amateur stylist.
