Project Overview

As the North Wales Area Library celebrates 101 years of dedicated service to our community, we're embarking on a vital renovation project to refresh our beloved space. Our library hasn't received significant updates in 11 years, and with growing community needs, it's time to revitalize our environment while preserving the welcoming atmosphere our patrons cherish.

Current Status

We've successfully secured a grant to update our Children's and Teens' sections, focusing on creating more sustainable, inclusive, and education-divergent spaces. This initial funding allows us to begin transforming these critical areas into dynamic learning environments that will serve diverse learning styles and needs.

Renovation Needs

To complete our vision, we're seeking additional community support for:

Professional repainting throughout the library to create a fresh, inspiring atmosphere
New carpeting to replace worn flooring and enhance comfort
Complementary updates to ensure our entire facility matches the renewed children's and teens' areas
