At United Way of the Columbia Gorge (UWCG), our mission is clear: to raise critically needed funds to support our neighbors in need, right here in our community. As a small, efficient nonprofit, we take great pride in ensuring that your dollars go directly to the most impactful, vetted nonprofit partners in the region.

Through a rigorous review and allocation process, we ensure that every funded organization is effective, efficient, and delivering measurable results.

We focus on three key areas:

Basic Human Needs – Food security, housing, medical transportation, job access, and treatment.
Keeping Youth on Track – Empowering youth to make healthy choices and grow into responsible, caring adults.
Safe from Violence and Abuse – Supporting victims, protecting vulnerable individuals, and reducing isolation.
