The RSA Foundation supports a growing network of programs designed to empower individuals with disabilities and special needs through education, employment, life skills and community connection.

Our mission is to create opportunities for individuals to belong, grow, and develop the skills needed to participate fully in their communities and live with greater independence, confidence and purpose.

Your donation helps sustain and expand impactful programs, including:

Rising Stars Academy – A post-secondary educational and vocational program that helps students build independence, develop job skills, and prepare for adulthood.
Gather + Grounds – An inclusive coffee shop and café providing meaningful employment opportunities, real-world job training and social connection.
HOME Hub – A supportive environment focused on independent living skills, personal growth and community engagement.
Additional programs and initiatives that create opportunities for learning, employment, inclusion and lifelong success.

Donations are vital to the continued growth and success of these programs. Your generosity helps provide educational resources, job training, life skills instruction, community experiences, program supplies, and individualized support for the people we serve.

Every gift helps create a community where individuals of all abilities have the opportunity to learn, work, belong, and shine.
