“For me, this past year was continued devotion to RTZ Hope. I am dedicated to honoring my son Norbert, my experience, and all the babies gone too soon through the necessary work we are doing through RTZ Hope.

I am propelled by your stories to give families what I didn’t have 19 years ago after giving birth to Norbert and not bringing him home. I want other parents to have access to these resources, guidance, support, and community in their grieving and healing journey. I am excited to continue our outreach to make sure that parents are not isolated in this heartbreaking experience.

I find such meaning and connection within this loss community, and the people I’m closest to are bereaved parents. We understand each other on a deep level, and for these connections, I am so grateful.

It is through my work with RTZ that I myself have found healing and community. I have met my closest friends.”
