Ruff Start STX is in the process of building out our very own facility and community center! Located at 44 Mars Hill in Frederiksted, next to Wilbur Francis Command Police Station on the corner of Centerline and Emancipation Way. The center will hold a fully functional kennel building including quarantine space and training area. The two main buildings will accommodate a small, low cost veterinary space, an adoption center, education center, office space and feed and supply shop. Your generous donations, along with our hard work and perseverance, will truly help us get the heart of our goal and mission to provide support and enrichment of the overall health of our pets and our community.
