February is Heart Health Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to raise awareness and funds for the American Heart Association! From February 1st–28th, we’re rallying our community to make a difference—100% of all donations will be donated to the American Heart Association to support life-saving research and initiatives.

Mark your calendars! On Saturday, February 15th, we’re hosting a special class at 10 AM to honor this cause. After an energy-packed workout, trainer Aubree will share her powerful personal story about surviving two heart attacks and offer valuable heart health awareness tips.
