Please join us at our 2026 Annual Meeting to be held at the Museum of Arts & Sciences in Daytona Beach on Friday, January 30, 2026. We will recognize and celebrate our dedicated service professionals, volunteers and community partners.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Judi Vitucci who will share this year’s keynote address on the Positive Power of Home Visiting Programs, like the ones offered through HSCFV. Dr. Vitucci is a Pediatric APRN with an MSN in Nursing and a PhD in Medical Anthropology. She currently serves as the President of the Healthy Start MomCare Network. Before retirement, she was Executive Director of the Healthy Start Coalition of Pinellas County and an Administrator at the Children’s Hospital.
