The Foundation for Post-Acute & Long-Term Care Medicine is a nonprofit organization that envisions a world in which all post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) patients and residents receive the highest-quality care for optimum health, function, and quality of life. One way we do this is through our support of the advancement of a competent PALTC workforce through the Futures Program.

The past few years have been challenging, especially for those working in post-acute & long-term care. Through our Futures Program we are committed to providing this important workforce program to those who care for older adults who are most at risk during this crisis.
