Edible Portland magazine is completely free and available at many locations around town, in the Gorge, and on Oregon's northern coast. Its income is from advertising, subscriptions, and events. We are a voice for those leading the way to sustainable, nutritious food consumption to reduce our reliance on agro-business giants with their use of pesticides and practices that ruin the land and food quality, thereby threatening the health of American consumers. Through seasonal print publications, online publishing, and our podcast, we tell stories about sustainable, regenerative restaurants, chefs, and agricultural practitioners and where their products can be found. We believe locally sourced, sustainably produced food matters to our health, our lives, our communities, and the health of the world around us.
