Our community-based organization facilitates trauma-informed and resilience-building training for organizations and individuals. We are in a season of growth, expanding to meet the needs of our community. We are raising funds to increase staffing, develop new programs, and improve existing successful ones. Our fundraising goal is $27,000.

We know the key to building healing communities is creating resilience. We educate individuals and communities about the brain, body, behavior, and belief connections by teaching accessible and efficient strategies to promote tension-free, strength-based thinking.
