2025 has been a year of quiet, steady rebuilding—and real progress.

As we move into 2026, we are more committed than ever to empowering individuals and families to achieve stability in their lives. The momentum is real, and the community is responding.

Shawnee Bridges’ Getting Ahead cohorts are 20-week workshop series led by trained facilitators using the Bridges Out of Poverty framework. Each week, participants—called investigators—work through curriculum to assess their resources, identify obstacles, and build a realistic plan toward stability.

This is hands-on, relational, life-changing work.
