What Can a Pig Do!

We provided 5 female pigs to each of  7 villages
with instructions to pay it forward by sharing with others one of the babies from each litter. Unfortunatly two villages lost their pigs to disease. We were able to replace them with pregnant goats. Each seed cost us $100 US. So worth our efforts as the meat produced kept the villages in food during the covid lockdown.
On our last trip to Uganda in 2024 I was happy to learn that one of the villages had continued to pay it forward and the entire village is prospering from the original seed.
Sowing seed into others is the fastest way to receive a harvest of your own.
Since 2020 we have added goats, pigs, chickens and now rabbits to our Seed of hope project. Single mom's, churches, and villages have benefited. 
          That is what a pig can do.
